Best to pick a time of day to practice when things are not so rushed like early mornings or late in the evenings. We may be able to get a good night's sleep in conducting this activity right before bed time. Just think of how calm and relaxed you will feel with nothing on your mind by retraining your thought process. Good luck with the activity.
JillJillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04651996229112230795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8769703636436302783.post-53761945950961497942010-03-28T10:20:04.352-07:002010-03-28T10:20:04.352-07:00I need all the stress refief I can get! I wonder if I would trip and fall while I was concentrating probable HUh? I think I will continue to do both and practice daily to improve my stamina in both mental and physical fitness.
AndreaAndrea Woosleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08836358716857409039noreply@blogger.com
